chest feels like it is on fire.

pt woke up in the middle of the night with sever chest pain. pt took pepto but threw it up instantly. currently takes Tylenol and codeine.
OBJECTIVE:
a.o.s to find patient sitting in a chair complaining of chest pain. history of back problems and migraines.
TREATMENT:
took pts vitals and applied 12 led. transported to grady
