COMPLAINT:
nausea/ vomiting
SUBJECTIVE:pt stated she has felt like this for 1 day and had a hip replacement 2 weeks ago.
OBJECTIVE:
pt was aox3, hx of diabetes and hip replacement and htn. pt takes insulin and pain meds for hip
TREATMENT:took vitals, 22g right forearm, o2 at 2 lpm nasal canula, ekg acquired. 1000ml of fluids administered.
