COMPLAINT:
stroke like symptoms/ syncope
SUBJECTIVE:pt stated he passed out last night and could remember passing out. pt couldn't remember why he was at the hospital and that he was scared.
OBJECTIVE:
pt was aox3, history of tia, 2 strokes, pneumothorax. nkda, currently on meds.
TREATMENT:took vitals, 20g left hand, administered 1000 ml fluid bag
