REASON WHY YOU WERE DISPATCHED:Chest Pain

COMPLAINT: Chest Pain

SUBJECTIVE:Chest pain began around midnight. Felt like an elephant was sitting her chest.Tightness in chest chest which radiates to her left arm and shoulder. Patient says it is a sharp pain. Pain scale is 4.

OBJECTIVE: Patient was alert and oriented to person, place, and time.

TREATMENT:Took vitals and did an ekg. Bp:180/92, P:100 SPO2:98 R:16.
