AGE:  20 YEARS
REASON WHY YOU WERE DISPATCHED:MVC
COMPLAINT: Right chest wall pain from seatbelt
SUBJECTIVE:pt was driving and rear ended another car. air bags did not deploy. pt 39 weeks pregnant. pt was wearing seat belt. low speed impact mvc. no medical history. does take prenatal vitamins.
OBJECTIVE: pt pain is a 5 to 6. dull pain in the chest wall where the seatbelt was. bp-148/83, p-90, r-12, d stick-97, pupils pearl, lung sounds clear bilaterally.
TREATMENT:performed rapid trauma assessment. nothing found. transported to well star cobb
