REASON WHY YOU WERE DISPATCHED:assault
COMPLAINT: head, neck, and back pain
SUBJECTIVE:pain was assaulted the day before. pt stated she was thrown to ground on her back. pt stated she took a pregnancy test in February and it was positive
OBJECTIVE: no obvious life threats. pt had lower back pain and neck pain and pain to the back of her head. pupils were pearrl. no medical history. nkda. pts 3rd pregnancy.
TREATMENT:performed rapid trauma. found no crepidus or life threats. took vitals. transported to grady.
