COMPLAINT: chest feels like it is on fire.
SUBJECTIVE:pt woke up in the middle of the night with sever chest pain. pt took pepto but threw it up instantly. currently takes Tylenol and codeine.
OBJECTIVE: a.o.s to find patient sitting in a chair complaining of chest pain. history of back problems and migraines.
TREATMENT:took pts vitals and applied 12 led. transported to grady
