COMPLAINT: laceration/ broken nose
SUBJECTIVE:pt stated he was walking and fell down a hill.
OBJECTIVE: a.o.s to find pt laying on the ground. pt stated he fell down a hill. noticed swelling to pts nose and laceration on the bridge of the pts nose. assisted pt to med unit and transported to amc. noticed facial sweeling on the way to amc. pt had hypertension and takes no meds. nkda.
TREATMENT:took vitals. cleaned laceration with 4x4s and sterile water.
