COMPLAINT: flu like sysptoms
SUBJECTIVE:pt complained of fever and flu like symptoms
OBJECTIVE: fever and flu like symptoms for 3 days. copd and asthma, no meds, nkda.
TREATMENT:took vitals, 20g right forearm, administered Tylenol.
