SUBJECTIVE:71 yr old female complaining of shortness of breath.
OBJECTIVE: pt has a history of copd and is allergic to pcn. found wheezing in lungs.
TREATMENT:took vitals. administered duoneb treatment. 2 lpm of 02. 20 g in left a/c. 12 lead acquired.
