COMPLAINT: Headache, High BP, Numbness in left side of face.
SUBJECTIVE:Patient said numbness started last night in his left cheek and radiated to his left ear. When he was mowing the lawn this morning he felt left side chest pain.
OBJECTIVE: Patient was A0x3. Has a history of vertigo and hypertension.Patient presented with left side facile droop. Patient was ordered a CT scan.
TREATMENT:Took patients vitals and CT scan was ordered.
