COMPLAINT: Laceration/ Dog Bite
SUBJECTIVE:Patient advised he was breaking up a dog fight between his two dogs and one of the dogs bit his right knuckles and right index finger.
OBJECTIVE: Patient had lacerations to his right knuckles and right index finger. pain was a 6 out of 10 on a pain scale and complained of no numbness or tingling in hand or fingers.
TREATMENT:Took patients vitals.
