COMPLAINT: Chest pain/ Shortness of breathe
SUBJECTIVE:Patient had right side chest pain and it was difficult to breath this morning. Pain started 4 days ago. Patient picked child up over a banister and felt a pop in the right side of his chest. NKDA.
OBJECTIVE: Patient was AOx4. NKDA. History of right knee surgery. Pain was and 8 out of 10 on a pain scale.
TREATMENT:Took patients vitals and a EKG.
